Mr. Alhassan stated that, truth stands and NGSJF is still committed to ensuring justice which includes sending letters to institutions around the world, to ensure justice, for one of the worst crime to ever happened in Ghana’s democracy.
Mr. Alhassan described the death of Ahmed Suale as an attack on Free speech; as an attack on Good governance; and as an attack on the democracy of Ghana.
“Ghana today, is being living in the world of compromised media silence, where the big voices, the lecturers, are even unable to speak against political ills that have rendered mass unemployment; that have rendered innocent Ghanaians escaping from this dear country; that have caused internet data fraud; that have caused sex for job, etc. It is high time Ghanaians wakeup, and not to be silent in the face of growing corruption, nepotism, and favoritism. What NPP are doing is hypocrisy. They never spoke about the threat and malicious killing of Ahmed Suale, but now that they are looking for power, is when they’ve brought the Kennedy Agyapong’s threatens to Ahmed Suale matter up, he stressed”.
He therefore called on President Akuffo Addo, to re-setup a committee to vigorously investigate the killing of Ahmed Suale, whilst the NGSJF group is still committed to sending letters across the world, to ensure justice for Ahmed Suale.
